Exuding solid luxury, this two-story 300 m2 house and 100 m2 spa villa are located in a private community and border a pine forest. Surprisingly, this secluded corner is only 10 minutes from Vilnius’ Old Town!
The architect sought to create a functional and modern design home for the family who would live there. The house provides both individual space for each member and a common area for the whole family and guests. When designing the spa villa, the aim was to blend it in with the surrounding nature, so the interior features wooden elements, warm brown tones, tall windows, and the space is decorated with live plants.
The architect approached us looking for a specific shade of wooden flooring for her project, which no one else had or could offer. In order to produce the desired color, it was decided to modify our deeply smoked BARKER product by lightening it with natural oil and hard wax in the selected color. We also manufactured this product with planks of the desired width and oak knots.
Bonum Wood also manufactured and installed modular wall panels with a unique design in this house. Together with the selected lighting, the oak panels give the room an extraordinary charm.

Uniquely designed wooden floors and mosaic parquet are installed in “blocks” on the wall.
