The interior of this loft-style apartment is inspired by the surrounding architecture of the old town. One of the main tasks and challenges for the interior designer was to create a sense of spaciousness, which was achieved by combining the kitchen with the living room, installing windows across the entire height of the wall, using light and pastel colors for the surfaces, and installing mirrors. The apartment also combines different materials: concrete with wood, glass with metal, modern furniture with retro style. The aim was for this combination of materials and styles to give the apartment a distinctive modern, yet familiar, nostalgic charm.
In this 92 sq. m. apartment, BONUM WOOD manufactured and installed lightly smoked, Rustic grade, 90-degree oak parquet flooring with a herringbone pattern. In the bathroom, we installed moisture-resistant plantation teak boards.
